If May was the month we stopped being a slide deck, June is the month we started being a company that ships. The platform redesign went live. The OSH360 term sheet is in motion. The seed round has new conversations opening every week. The pipeline behind OSH360 is starting to look like a strategy, not a coincidence.
Here's the full picture.
Tibou (ex-Apple UX), Hamza Shaikh (Google G-Suite lead designer, Head of Product), and Iruii Favi (ex-Amazon/Meta AI) carried the redesign across the line. The word we kept aiming for was "calm." It looks like something a billion-dollar company built. That's not an accident — one of us literally built tools used by a billion people.
What shipped: Full UI overhaul, ambient documentation workflow, CMS-1500 auto-fill redesign, compliance alert system, GPO marketplace module, and the Saara Studio protocol library. The demo widget on the homepage is live and interactive — five real clinical scenarios, all clickable.
Context: OSH360 is a fractional OccHealth management firm that runs on-site healthcare for Fortune 15/50/100/500 employers — the Amazon Care, Walmart Health, Concentra model. They selected Saara as their sole operating platform in May. Every clinician, every visit, every report runs on us.
Term sheet language is in active review. Flagship clinic in Ohio is targeting late-Q3 2026 go-live. The deal structure grows with them automatically — platform fee + per-practitioner + per-employee tied to their Fortune 500 client populations. Base-case Year 1 revenue from OSH360: $292K. Year 5 base: $1.96M from this one customer.
Credit to Board Director Dr. Anthony Harris (Global Medical Director, Amazon — One Medical) for making this introduction. The pipeline behind OSH360 now looks like 10–15 similar deals. We are not treating this as luck.
$3M at a $7.5M pre-money. New checks start at $250K. Pre-seed investors have a friends-and-family bridge at $50K+ at the same valuation — lock in today's price before the OSH360 deal formally closes and reprices the next round.
New investor conversations are opening weekly. If you know an accredited investor who should be in this room, the door is open. We close this round before the OSH360 term sheet is fully executed — after that, the valuation moves.
The new site tells the Saara story the way it deserves to be told. The "What breaks" section has been upgraded for clarity and contrast. The GPO savings callout now leads with the bottom line — for most practices, Saara pays for itself. The team section now highlights Amazon, Google, Yale, and Harvard by name, in brand color, because those affiliations are load-bearing. The demo widget runs five real clinical scenarios, live and interactive.
This is the deck investors and customers see before they ever talk to us. It now matches what we're actually building.
Target: end of June. Once this signs, it formally reprices the next round. Investors who are in before this closes are in at the best price they'll ever see.
Late-Q3 2026. This is the first real production deployment. Every workflow, every protocol, every report runs on Saara from day one. We are not treating this as a pilot — it's the template for every OSH360 expansion market after it.
The round will close before or concurrent with the OSH360 go-live. The valuation does not stay at $7.5M post-OSH360 term sheet execution. If you're watching this and haven't committed, the window is measured in weeks, not months.
The board estimates 10–15 OSH360-adjacent deals in the pipeline. Q3 goal: signed LOIs on at least 2–3 of them. Each one compounds the OSH360 deal structure — same platform fee, same per-employee economics, same automatic growth mechanism.





Hamza and Iruii built the platform. Dr. Harris, Dr. Cutter, Patrick, and our Senior Advisory Panel built the conditions around it. The fact that all of these names are in one place is the most underrated competitive advantage Saara has. Google. Amazon. Yale. Harvard. AMA. None of them asked for a deck.
Minimum check: $250K for new investors. $50K+ for existing pre-seed investors at the same price.
The math: $3M at $7.5M pre-money → post-money $10.5M. At a conservative 12× exit multiple, that's a $126M return on the full $3M round. Seed investors own ~28.6% before any dilution.
The window: This valuation closes when the OSH360 term sheet executes. That is weeks away. After that, we reprice — and the seed price is gone.
